Rocky Hart is a fraudulent business. He took thousands of dollars of deposit last November with no materials delivered, no work done, and our lawyer and sheriff has not been able to serve him with communications or court papers. No working address or phone. I have been made aware of at least 7 other victims of this scam. Beware!

The thing I was really impressed with was the clean up after the job. Everything from the nails to any small pieces of roof were removed. Rocky and the whole crew were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Contracted with Rocky last week in May 2022, huge down payment made via wire transfer, old roof removed mid July, now no roof, no communication, will not answer phone calls, phone messages, or text messages. Now I am stuck winter approaching and now roof and out my deposit of 57k.

Long delay between accepting deposit and the start of work; got a lot of I will be there next week/next month followed by repeated no-shows. I will say that Rocky was communicative if I called him back, and demolition on the old roof has begun. I will update again upon completion of work.
