We worked with Sean and the quality exceeded our expectations. The wood stairs looked like one solid piece and the care and detail he put into the finish work in the rails and balusters was just unbelievable. He cared about his work and he cared about the end product. This company isn't the least expensive, but I would be amazed if anyone matches their quality in workmanship and appearance. I only rated below 5 on one aspect and that was customer service because we seemed to lose contact for a while. But I would pay this money and hire this company in an instant were I to do it again.

They kept the character of the craftsman style home with the railings on the front stairs. Enhanced the appearance of the house.

I have never seen such impecable craftsmanship. The stairs and railings are beautiful and will add thousands in value to our home. Sean, Don and their father are real craftsman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They went above and beyond to keep our home clean during the construction process and at times we were not able to be home while they were here working and I trusted them completely. This type of remodel could have been a real nightmare but they were very professional and clean.

I have had quite a few companies working for us to remodel our house. It is by far the best one I have worked with. They did a fabulous work, and did a lot of attention to details which impressed a lot my husband. They were very fast at giving me a bid and have the job started. They answered all our questions and concerns in an impressive way. What is also very important to me was that they were very clean. I would recommend them to anyone that needs new stairs and balustrade.

My staircase railings were just completed today. i am very pleased with the look and stain. Exactly as i had requested. they worked very hard to complete this prior to my carpeting getting replaced tomorrow. i put in a 4.5 for value because other bids i had were lower.

Rocky Mountain Stair Works built an incredibly beautiful banister in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with the work, and would definitely recommend this company.

Great job, Sean built new outside stair rails for my 1914 craftsman...he kept the period look of the house. People have stopped to comment how much they like them. Reasonable price, fast clean work.
