Rockyâ s Roofing and Siding is the best choice if the highest quality work is your primary concern. Every aspect of our experience was seamless. (no pun intended) The best part remains the finished product. We transformed our home with a new roof AND siding with Rockyâ s and it was by far the best experience and the best finished product we have ever received from a contractor.

We obtained 3 quotes to replace the siding on our house. Rockys was not the least expensive by any means, but they have a good reputation in the area, and we liked the Salesperson. I submitted Rockys signed quote to our insurance company but, our insurance company would only pay roughly 2k less than Rockys quote. When I told Rockys they would need to lower their quote or lose the bid, the Salesperson said that after talking to the owner, they wanted our business and would lower their price, provided I told everyone I know, how great Rockys was. They sent me a new contract with the lower price but told me it did not need to be signed as they had our signatures on the original. I never bothered to look at the revised quote. I understand this is on me... my fault, I know better. When our job came close to completion, we were presented with the original, uncompetitive signed contract. We sent the invoice back and asked them to correct the balance to reflect the actual cost, and were told it was correct and this is what we were responsible for. Turns out the revised contact did not have trim included which allowed them to lower the price and get the business. Got into a heated disagreement with the Salesperson, who boldly faced lied and said he explained this to me when he sent over the lower contract. I understand I made a foolish mistake by not thoroughly reading the revised contract, however, it is a deceptive as policy to sell an incomplete product in order to compete with reputable companies.

They replaced my roof, and I would recommend them to anybody. They did a wonderful job! They couldn't have been any better, and I have no complaints. I got a few bids, and theirs made the most sense for the best quality.

They do good work.

They are not the cheapest guys out there- but their warranty was 10 years. For the value that you get its worth it and they got it done in one day.
