Just ended my service after roughly 5 years at a couple properties. Service steadily declined year after year. The employees do not respect their clients. There was a road rage incident that I should have reported to the police but didnâ t. Gray Dodge with tag â bait itâ decides to swerve, stop traffic, and video while driving. The â managerâ calls back after I called her the next day after reporting the incident. And laughed when I brought up the video being used while driving and how itâ s illegal to use a phone in a moving vehicle. The manager openly condones illegal behavior. Made me question how knowledge their staff truly is when their operations are subpar.

We had wildlife in our attic. They came out right away and were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than two other estimates and gave more service. Extremely honest and helpful. Definitely call Rocky's. Shane is great.

$200 under Terminex and the same guarantee. John was prompt, incredibly professional and knowledgable about termites and their habits, etc. he sprayed and placed the spikes promptly and ensured my dogs would be safe around them. Hire this company.

Seemed to be knowledgeable about the issue. The technician (?) was personable and followed up. There was some disconnect between the technician and the office as far as scheduling was concerned. Too early to tell if rodent problem as been solved. Thought the service was a little pricey. Actual fee was higher than quoted on phone. So far, so good.
