I just want to begin by saying the Mr Marcelo is a very respectable person. I had my home stated renovation in 2022 completed in April 2022. When I moved back in there were so many patch job, the roof in the sitting room started leaking, areas that was open for access was not fix, etc., the one thing that is really upsetting me is that I have to keep calling repair companies to refit the sidings, the keep lifting and separating when the wind blows. My Neighbors are astonished that this is happening. He is a good person, but the company that he assigned to work on my home was awful.

The guys at Rodas Home Improvements were great! Marcelo was very responsive, was able to come over and talk through my project with me quickly, provided a comprehensive estimate and was able to begin when I wanted him to. They worked efficiently and respectfully and I will definitely hire them again!

Mr. Marcelo and his team were very knowledgeable and did a great job on replacing our roof, attic insulation and indoor water damage at a great price, the job was well done on and on a timely manner. Great company, recommended for any home improvement project.

Marcelo is a very nice person. He does quality work. I highly recommend hiring him. I hired him for Hardwood replacement for a single family house, he did a great job and completed the work on time. After work completed we identified couple of minor issues; and Marcelo's team visited the house and fixed immediately.

I have been holding off on writing this review in hopes that Marcelo would correct the outstanding issues with our bathroom remodel, however he has ceased responding. I will start by saying that Marcelo is a nice guy and we really wanted to love the work his team was doing. I was on-site throughout the entire remodel and made every effort to work with Marcelo and his team to communicate what we wanted. Despite my efforts there were mistakes made on an almost daily basis. Marcelo would often only stop by for 10 minutes a day and his team would work without running things by me. At the end of the day I would often find that despite specifying something with Marcelo, his team had not done as requested. Marcelo was typically amenable to fixing the issues, however the issues began stacking up so fast I began having to let things slide and pick my battles which is unacceptable for the amount of money we spent. For instance his team installed almost all of the wall tile without using spacers, and when patching portions of the walls his team did an awful job of sanding, making the imperfections in the walls extremely obvious. Ultimately their attention to detail is unacceptably low for the job they were hired to do. Our biggest (and outstanding) issue has to do with the patterned tile work on our bathroom floor. For all of the work they did not use a wet saw, which has obviously led to jagged edges on our pricey tile. Since the tile is dark and the grout is light, you can see the sloppy cuts and their lack of consistency using spacers. I had requested they fix the issue and instead of properly removing the problem tiles and recutting, they sawed through the tiles to modify the cuts which is equally sloppy. Even worse, after re-grouting those areas the grout is significantly darker than on the rest of the floor. Completely unacceptable and Marcelo continues to refuse to acknowledge the issue. Similarly, when I noticed the corner of our mirrored medicine cabinet was chipped in the process of their installation, Marcelo's reponse was that he wouldn't have even noticed if we hadn't pointed it out. Again, we were choosing our battles because the tile was a much larger issue but normally this would never have been acceptable. I am so disappointed that we spent so much money with Rodas and now have to have our issues corrected with a different contractor, spending even more money. I would absolutely not recommend Rodas and would advise anyone considering it to rethink their investment and consider spending a little extra money on a more reputable company.

Very efficient use of wood - virtually no scrap left over! Required less wood than Home Depot said it would.

The customer service was outstanding! The work was professional and the final result was fantastic! I think the only suggestion I would make is to put what you are asking to be done in writing. We gave verbal instructions and so there was a minor delay due to a miscommunication, but it was immediately remedied. Marcelo was excellent!

When I asked for the estimate they scheduled it almost right away and a day later I have an e-mail with all the details and prices, I was very impressed with their job performance, they arrived on time and the crew was very polite and organized. They were very committed to do the job and to finish it on time. It was my first experience fixing the floors and painting the walls and my knowledge about construction was minimal. Mr. Rodas was always ready to answer my questions. They did a great job!!! Sincerely, A happy Customer :)

We are really happy with them. They have a good team and keep in excellent contact with us. Keep clean as they go. Overall they have done great work and I would call them again for any future work.
