I had Chris repair, prep and paint wooden front porch of my rental property which is located in a city far from my home. He provided ne photos of his progress in real time so I did not have to drive out to monitor his work. This saved me money and time. He kept good records of his time spent and offered me suggestions in how to keep the costs down while still receiving excellent results.

He does a written estimate that details the number of hours x his hourly rate + the materials charge. You know. the way all estimates should be done, but rarely are. One job went slightly over the estimate, but that was expected as I knew the floor would need more leveling before installing tile. He did several tasks all with the same care and professionalism. These include; tiling a bathroom floor with a complex design that needed careful placement to match sides up, Scrape and paint deck and steps with sanded paint, identifying and solving a drainage problem at bottom of outdoor basement steps and leveling the landing at the bottom of those steps, repairing front door threshhold of basement apartment.
