technician came without good equipment and was not able to access to do the project in the right way, every step we need to call them, they were not doing what the contract says, I explained what is suppose to do and they just did half of it. They are demanding full payment of the balance.

Quick to come out and give an estimate, collect half the amount for the work, and then things went downhill. I was told there would be 7 workers to do the work, and they would not leave until the job was done, even if it was 9 p.m. After many delays to get them to come do the work, 3 guys showed up and left after 3 hours, and the job was not complete. I have not heard from them again. The quality of the work done was not the best. I would not recommend them! I should never have hired them.

Well they came promptly for the first inspection, gave me a price to get rid of my bat problem and would though in getting rid of my bee problem in the roof soffits. Suppose to show up at 8 am on a Saturday morning, called with equipment problems be there by 10. Did not show up until the middle of the afternoon. I do have to say the 2 young men and Patrick were very nice. When they were done with the service Patrick said if you have any problems with bats or bees give us a call and we will come back! Paid them in full to Dikeedrin, not RodentX. Bees still going into the soffit, called D. told me he would be there to take care of it, never showed. Sent a worker finally after many calls, but he shows up with no equipment, no ladder and apologizes and leaves. Who shows up to a job with no equipment???? I am very disappointed in this company and would never recommend them.

The guys did a great job! They lived up to their professionalism and quality of work. No complaints from us. We are delighted to have gas them in our home.

Within an hour of requesting a quote I was contacted and scheduled the same day to come assess our bat infestation. Everything was explained to us, we were able to walk along with them and were shown the volume of the problem we have. His number one concern was our health and getting this clean up and removal done as soon as possible. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions and concerns. He even agreed to my strange request of knowing at the end the number of bats removed at completion.

D and his team go out of their way to ensure that your pests (mice and squirrels in my case) are gone! They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable and they stand behind their work. Patrick did an amazing job sealing up all of the entry points, some of which weren’t easy to reach. I would hire them again.

These are very professional company and very nice and helpful people. Came out checked everything and gave us more then 2 options to handle the problem. Explained all options and even gave options for payment. Project begins soon and I’ll update as project goes on… highly recommended so far…

The Rodent Remediation Service consisted of the following activities: 1) Attic (or Crawl Space) Remediation Service; 2) Basement Remediation Service; 3) Exclusion (Pest Proofing); 4) Ridge-Guard Installation; 5) Mice Trapping The Rodent Remediation Service was conducted in three phases, by three different teams, 7 different technicians: 1) Estimation - Team A (3 estimators); 2) Remediation - Team B (2 technicians); 3) Remediation - Team C (2 technicians). OVERALL: In carrying out the Remediation Service RodentX teams (collectively) exhibited the following qualities: workmanship, perseverance, communication, and commitment. Each of the three RodentX teams (A, B &C) performed their specific tasks in workmanship fashion. Team B deserves special kudos for perseverance (i.e., arriving at my home despite having to drive through ?whiteout conditions? at 10 MPH). Team C deserves special commendation for flexibility (i.e., filling in, at the last minute, for Team B whose members unexpectedly became ill); and for commitment (for promising to replace, during a future visit, the insulation in the basement that Team B had removed, but had intended to replace the following day). Considering that there was no obvious project manager charged with overall responsibility for managing this project, I want to commend all three teams (A, B & C) for communication excellence (i.e., keeping me posted regarding changes in arrival time, replacement teams, etc.). However, if I were granted one wish as a customer, I would wish that one overall project manager would give the customer a walkthrough at the end of the project to demonstrate that every task in the contract has been performed to the customer?s satisfaction.

They were professional right from the start. They removed contaminated insulation and replaced all the insulation in the attic. They sealed up all entry points, so no more bats/squirrels can get in. I would certainly recommend RodentX!

We had paid half the payment up front to make the booking which I took off of work so I could be here when they were here. The time came and went and they never called or showed. We had stayed home all day waiting for them. We received a call the following day asking how the service went. I informed the caller that it went horrible because I missed work and they didn't even show. So I lost money by not working that day and I lost money by paying them half up front for a job they didn't do. We were told we would get our money back between 1-5 business days and it has been 9 now with no call back and they have not answered any of our calls. I would not recommend Rodentx!

Professional service from the first call to the finished job and inspections. They were always on time, respected us and our property as they replaced all insulation in the attic and some in the basement. They filled all the entry points and we have no more unwanted pests.

My wife and I were very happy with the service from RodentX,LLC. From the beginning to the end of the project they were prompt, professional, courteous and effective with what they had to do. The Team Leader kept the whole job organized and completed on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Inspector Dikeedrin Flores arrived and did a good job and provided us with an estimate. Even though it was higher than another company, we felt comfortable using them and accepted the quote and set up an appointment two days later. We are happy to recommend RodentX
