Responded promptly to calls. Arrived with crew when said would be there. Finished in a timely manner. Price was good. Cleaned up when job was done. Friendly. Crew very nice. Excellent job. Very satisfied.

we were going to install our fence ourselves. purchased materials, and marked out yard ect. didn't get far digging post holes. called roger sunday afternoon, he was out monday afternoon, broke ground thursday morning. job was complete saturday afternoon. roger offered us a cash discount which we did. workers were on time in the AM and answered all questions/concerns i had. good job guys! thanks for the quick turn around time!!

roger was here to supervise the deck installment which i think was superb. If he had not been here, there could have been issues that arose

I never met Mr. Simota only one of his employees. The work was done quickly and clean-up was almost perfect. How good it is remains to be seen. My concern was that he required cash payment at completion. On the web it said he would take cash, check or credit card. All previous contractors that I have had require a down payment on signing a contract and the balance on completion. They were willing to accept my check. I have never written a bad check. I was not given any paperwork as of yet.

Roger Siimota's company did an outstanding job, even tho' Roger and Mary went to Florida and Roger ended up in the hospital with heart problems, he contacted me to tell me what was going on and one week later, the roof was done in 1 day and looks wonderful. The crew was profession and fast. They also installed a ribbon window and made it so I was able to do certain parts myself and save $$$$. I'm totally pleased with their work and will be using them on other work that needs doing.

Tony did an excepyional job with tiling on my wall in the bathroom. Andy did an excellent job with mearsing and cutting the new walls and ceiling to make it perfect. Justin did a fantastic job with the final finishing in the bathroom along with re-wiring the bathroom fixtures

Let me put the bottom line up front. I turned to the internet to find someone who could do great work at a reasonable price.. I was fortunate to connect to Roger's listing. He and his people did great work and I don;t think you can go wrong in using him. Both my wife and I are pleased with the results!

Roger had to wait on us to do the demolition job. However we were able to work out a price that was fair to all. He took down a ban, silo, log building, and old wooden machine shed along with the foundations of all buildings. He dug a hole and burried what he could not salvage and had to be called back to bring in more dirt and clean up the area and level . When we called him and asked him to this, he was there right away, and was upset with the man he had do the digging and burying for leaving as fast as he did and not doing a better job of it. HIs customer service was very good in rectifying this problem and very speedy.

Roger was the only contractor to find the exact type and color of siding I was looking for. The tear off and installation was done with an eye to detail( very professional). The crew also took great care in working around shrubs and plants. The same attention was used during the clean-up. Thanks again

These guys came in a a very fair price to completely roof, side, skirting, facia and soffit and were very nice and took care to make sure that everything was done the right way and even did a few extras to ensure quality work. We are very satisfied

We got an estimate from them and then before we could make arrangements to have the roof done, a hail storm went through our area. Roger was easy to work with and kept the schedule agreed to even when he got real busy from the storm.

for the first part of the project we asked him to rebuild 2 staircases. which he and his employees did in a timely manner. the cost was well within the estimate. I am very satisfied with the level of craftsmanship.
