"As this person mentions we are proud of our work and the work of our subcontractors. We did a complete interior as well as exterior repaint 12 months ago. The conflict has risen from a door that was painted by someone else who he brought in after we were through. I had no control over what process he used in prepping the door or even what paint product he used. I went out to assess what the problem was initially 4 weeks ago, found a small spot on metal gutter which we are more than willing to take care of."
"12/9/2017 sent an original bid for interior paint, all walls, and ceilings, white ceilings beige walls. At the time, furniture arrangement was discussed because there was no room for the painting to take place, full of furniture and belongings (would have to be removed for access to walls and ceilings) was called back in February 2018 to paint, was not able to because nothing was moved, was sent a note on 4/2/18 that we may not get to it for a while because we were kept being put off, received word on 4/15/18 that they were ready, the movers would be there on 4/16/18,the lower level was to be done first because they were going to redo the lower level floor, went back to start painting and found half the living room floor filled with stacked flooring waiting to be installed, main area of entryway was filled with large piano, 1 room on lower level we had to squeeze through partial open door because there was a Queen bed and baby crib that filled up the room, was asked to give that room a 3rd coat on walls and ceilings because of uneven textured that made it look like it was incomplete. completed initial painting was asked to paint wrapped windows, door trims and 7 interior doors for agreed upon amount. Went on Sat 5/19 to finish extra work on windows and door trims, went back on 5/23 and 5/24 to complete the job. was told that all was satisfactorily done. Had 1 or 2 spots couldn't get to, was going to call us back when there was room to do it, never called, sent a final bill; on 6/23/18, refused to pay because someone else had to be called to make the job satisfactory? Willing to negotiate, as little as half what was owed, refused, she was told that I was left with just putting a lien on the property. Bad review sent in on 2/7/2019"
