"Customer never mentioned a problem with the stump grinding mulch. We could have removed some mulch, if requested. Due to insurance we are not allowed to leave an open hole. Customer recommended us to a friend and a neighbor. Was working next door at the neighbor the next day. Spoke to customer, still never said anything to us. Also, customer signed our customer satisfaction sheet at the end of the job."

Came out for estimate, was here next day to do the tree removal and grind stumps. They were prompt removed trees, took care of the limbs, cut logs into firewood size, stacked by the fence. Cleaned up the area and it was difficult to tell they were there. Nice people very professional, and courteous. Great job. Very happy overall.

Great family-owned company with excellent service! We had a large pine tree removed, stump ground, a sizable area of palmetto bushes and roots excavated out, ground leveled and trees trimmed. Everything was professionally done and clean-up afterward was great. So nice to get quick service with good people and equipment to do the job right! Thanks so much!

I hired Rodger, I had an emergency to get a tree removed that uprooted and fell into pool cage, I contacted on Tuesday and the job was completed the next day. Rodger cared and understood the importance of timing and I needed it done quick. I would recommend this company again. Cleaned up all debris on the ground and filled the hole with dirt. Thank you Rodger for being a true contractor that cared about my importance of getting it done. Rodger showed up after he had already worked all day. Thank you

This is my second review of this company. My first extolled the ability of this family owned and operated company to work together and bring down a large Florida Oak tree. It was amazing to watch. But now I have a problem which they refuse to address. When they ground down the stump of the tree, they left the large roots at the base of the tree still sticking up out of the ground (3"-4" high) and covered them with ~12" of mulch. I didn't realize the extent of the root problem until after I had someone come and clean up all the mulch left behind. My plan was to plant grass in the area but, as of now, that is impossible. My lawn service wont be able to mow that area because of the large roots left behind. I have called Rodgers twice asking them to get back to me to resolve this problem but have not heard from them. Because of their lack of response and follow through, I no longer recommend this company.

rodger is a expert with the poll saw . can make the limbs fall away from my pool cage and fence . a really great leader on the project . has really good equipment dropped 2 100 ft pine trees right were he said they would go . ground up the trees and stumps and did a great clean up job will have him back for more work in the future

First of all, I was told Rodger would be at my house at 7:30/8 am, and he never showed up until 8:45. He trimmed the trees around my pool cage, cut down another small tree and ground out the stump. He did a decent job with that part. However, when it came to trimming my pineapple palm tree (which was the main reason I called) he would only do the lower portion of the tree and would NOT cut off the ferns on the tree, unless I paid him more money. Because that is part of trimming that kind of tree, I refused to give him more money which resulted in us having words and him being very rude and unprofessional. He was also rude to my girlfriend. I had a tree guy for 16 years (who unfortunately retired) that trimmed the pineapple palm tree for $35 (also, removing the ferns) whereas I paid $100 for the job Rodger did and the tree looks awful! I would NOT recommend this guy to ANYONE. His loss, because several of our neighbors are looking for a good tree guy.

"First, James told Patty the later that better for him he doesn't get up early. Rodger walked around the house with both James and his girlfriend the day of the estimate. Rodger the day of the job before doing any work again went over the job with James. Shaving a Pineapple Palm is different than just trimming the Palm. Never mentioned the ferns until the job was done. We have many customers that enjoy the fern look. James didn't want to pay more. The reason it is more money is that it is more work and more clean up. Rodger was not Rude until James was in Rodger's face and didn't want to pay after the job was completed. James girlfriend had to tell James to get out of Rodger's face. At no time was Rodger unprofessional. There is a reason Rodger goes over the job in person with the customer at the estimate and before the job."
