Lonnie Rodgers and his assistants are fantastic. Their work is 1st rate and the attention to detail is better than any contractor I have every used. They repaired all our damaged cedar siding and cleaned/ painted the entire house. Lonnie suggested ideas on trimming the house colors that hadn't occured to us. We could not be more pleased with the results. This house has not looked this good in a very long time! Thank you Servicemagic for finding Lonnie for us. His services are very reasonably priced and I will recommend him to everyone. We will definitely be using his services again on other projects in the very near future.

He was on time, which is unusual. He came in and started the job and didn't leave until he was finished at 7:30pm. He was great! His price was also very competable. I was very impressed overall with his attitude, timing, and professionalism.

Lonnie worked with me and my ideas of how my fence will best fit my needs. He worked quickly when the weather permited. I was satisfied with the outcome.
