Although the reply for service was handles quickly, the insulation job was not completed. I contracted them to blow insulation in my side walls and attic space. The attic space was not done. Their reason for not insulating the attic was that there were no "proper" vents installed. They made no effort to install them. The insulation installer damaged my vinyl siding. Thank God I bought extra or my siding would not have matched. Also, the installer blew insulation all over the ground around the house and did not clean it up. Many nails were also found around the house that I had to clean up. I will be looking for another contractor to complete

incomplete work. We are waiting 5 days now for the problem to be rectified. The workman has not returned our phonecall and was slow to schedule the work to be done. The workman installed the casing incorrectly until I pointed out the error. He corrected then corrected it. The windows seem to be good quality, but only time will tell if they were installed and sealed up properly to prevent rain and insects from intruding. The windows are guaranteed.

Bob was professional and worked with me into the project. His crew was prompt and worked quickly doing a top-notch job. My "Hit List" of items needing correction had only 5 items and of those 2 were cosmetic. The quote on the multiple jobs was thorough and reasonable.

They left a mess and did not come back to fix problems we have called them about many times. They left an absoulte mess in our front and backyard

I scheduled this appointment for my brother and mother in New York because they were having difficulty finding someone to replace their windows on their mobile home.
