They were in neighboring city and available to look at the job within minutes no charge for the visit and assessment. Charged a flat rate that is completely acceptable. They completed the job in less time it took for me to search for a local plumber. The drain is flowing I am happy and the fee was very reasonable. I was dismayed that my bath tub backed up on a Sunday but Raul came out in a couple of hours and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Nice man (and he was sensitive to the Coronavirus situation and arrived wearing a mask).
