On May 1, 2022, before his arrival, he had told me to unplug the refrige and empty it which I did. Upon his arrival three hours later he realized the top part (freezer) was not working as well as the bottom portion. He looked at the coil that was not getting cold. He then realized the compressor was not working. Anyway, he did seem to know what he was doing. However, he should have made the decision from much earlier if it was worth fixing it. Rather then doing several attempts. (see if the compressor would come on). He spent at least an hour working on it to no avail. Again, the issue is that he spent lots of time on it unnecessarily. He charged me $80.00. I wish I had cancel the appt for him to come over because he worked unnecessarily for at least an hour. He could have advised me that it was not worth fixing it. Instead he was trying and trying and I give him credit for it because the kid did work. However, when it came to make a decision and telling me that I need to get a new refrige he said it after I volunteered that I should get a new refrige after asking him if the compressor was expensive. He was a nice kid though. He just needs to make a decision from much earlier if it is worth repairing it.

Very professional, courteous, made it a priority to get here today and repaired my rollers on my sliding doors. I was impressed with Oscar Rodriguezâ s work ethic and will call him in the future when I have more work. What he hasnâ t mastered, he is committed to learning and he has alot of experience in general repairs. Give him a call for your handyman list.
