Exceedingly pleased with the work done by Florencio and his crew. We had a new trex deck built on the back of our house (off the second (main) floor, it's a daylight basement), as well as open up a current window and install new patio sliders (and drywall/trim) to access the new deck. The quality is excellent. The crew was nice, considerate of cleanliness, and sectioned off the rest of our house from the door opening to keep dust/debris outside. They even accommodated our request to not install the door on a cold snowy day :) The cost and construction draw schedule was very fair, and Florencio was easy to get a hold of and communicates well.

Florencio was the clear choice based on the time frame and cost for removing our old deck and stairs and replacing them with trex. We did run into a few surprises with construction but Florencio was able to get the work done and was responsive about the progress. We are still waiting for a few finishing touches/fixes but I feel comfortable giving Florencio and his team a positive review in the meantime.

Florencio's crew did three projects for us, a new patio deck and a shower install and Stair rails. His guys were there everyday at 8:00am to get to work. If they hit a problem with one of the projects they would keep the others moving. Shower doors had to be made and it took three weeks to get them in because of a glass shortage at the time. But that didn't stop them from getting other things marked off the list. Every day before the guys left they would clean up the areas and he was there almost everyday checking on how the work was going. We were very Pleased with the way everything turned out.

I hired Rodriquez Remodeling to complete a small basement remodel in October of 2022. The contracting crew continued to promise that the work would be fully completed on schedule as they new I had hired a painting crew to start immediately after their scheduled completion date. Unfortunately, they did not send a large enough crew to finish my project on time and skipped a day completely to work on another project. Rodriquez Remodeling then failed to finish the remodel project and simply left the work site leaving all of the construction waste for me to clean up. The workers promised me they would be back the next day to finish the project so I could start painting. They never returned. I left several phone messages, emails and text messages with the owner of the company - begging them to come back and complete my project so that my paint crew could start and the owner completely ghosted me. No one ever showed up to finish the project and I had to finish their work on my own. My ignorance was paying for the project before it was complete. My bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Rodriguez Remodeling and Repair in May 2022 to complete a deck that our first contractor left unfinished. We had hired the first contractor in September 2021 and after many starts and stops for many different reasons we never saw him again after December 2021. This is our 5th home and we have worked with many contractors over the years this was new territory for us. So we finally decided Rodriguez Remodeling and Repair was our choice to help us finalize the project. We were NOT disappointed. It took his worker, Aurelio a week to finish the new stairs and railing. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful and we should enjoy it for many years. We did have to call Florencio afterward about minor details that needed attention and the repairs were usually completed the same day to our satisfaction. He will be the first person we will call for our next project.

They showed up on time, worked with me on reviving a screwed up deck (which is not as fun as building a new deck from scratch), were flexible, did competent work. I'd definitely hire them again.

Florencio takes pride in his work gets it done in a timely manner. Iâ m so happy with my new porch since it was built to perfection. My neighbors hired him on the spot seeing the work that was done. They are having a new porch built as well. Thank you Florencio.
