I hired Jarod to waterproof my home and said that the work was suppose to be done at the end of April and paid a down payment of $500 and no work has been done, they keep telling me that they will be out and they don't come out,

Rod's Construction did a fine job with the repairs to my home. They explained everything and cleaned up after completing the job. My biggest problem with the company is their lack of follow up. I requested and was promised a lien wavier as well as a certificate explaining my 5 year guarantee but have not received either of them. My biggest concern is, what if the problem needs further attention, will I be able to get a hold of them to perform the guarantee work? I'm not so sure that I would be able to at this point.
