"Doris I apologize, not if there is ever a good excuse for being ignored but there is an explanation. This was 2 weeks after an employee had died, it was my 19 year old son Alexander. His grandfather was my controller and everyone is like family here. This rocked my family and our whole company and was soon followed by the loss of my wife of 22 years only 6 weeks later. I was not at work for several months (as anyone can understand) this tragedy did not end there. I lost my father 2 months after my wife. I do sincerely apologize for any problems and communication you had, however I am sure that if we did work for you as I do not know your last"
"We are so sorry to hear you had a less than positive experience back then. I do believe this review should be on MasterShield of NJ as that is the company you contracted with and is no longer in business. Although we were involved with the product we do not offer high pressure sales tactics. A previous employee did try to implement this but he is no longer with the firm. We believe as QVC does quality value and choice. Once again if Roeland Home Improvers did anything to you we would like to hear back from you."
"This customer wanted something that was against local building codes, in order to not Break The Law, I explained the size of the window had to be enlarged to meet fire code. (means of egress) other contractors told him they could do the job without a permit."
