They were closed when I requested a quote. We could not completely turn water off to house. Out of 6 requests, they were the only ones who called immediately of request, although not available to come out at that time. And my request was sent as an emergency on a Saturday. Other companies outside of home advisory were way more expensive. So we did wait a few days for these guys. Very happy with job. Sad we had to part with money not expected in project update. But best money spent to the alternative had we not done this project and the water line totally broke. Oh what a mess that would be. Ounce of prevention is better than none. Will be keeping their number close by.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Fast, professional, and fair. I wanted to replace our 25-year-old gas-fired hot water heater before it actually died. They were great in obtaining and installing a new one (and removing the old one) at a good price. The only "glitch" was that I assumed they would handle getting the permit, and I guess they thought I would. They resolved everything nicely by completing the paperwork, and the work was quickly approved by our local plumbing inspector. And the real bottom line is that the actual work was done quickly and perfectly.

I had purchased a garbage disposal and tried to install it myself before I realized I don't have the skills for that job. Devin came out and installed the disposal I purchased. As it turned out, that disposal was defective. He uninstalled that one and installed a different one that actually worked. What should have been a "simple" project got a bit more complicated, but it was handled very well.

I had another plumber come out. I needed my tub spout replaced and drain unclogged . My wife was home and that plumber gave an estimate of $2300.00. A real scam. Steve from Roeslyn came on time and was very professional. The cost was $243.00. He completed the work and did a great job. I put his number in my cell.

Luis and Devin were at my home yesterday. My house is a complete mess because we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. As part of it we needed some gas piping re-routed and were having the water heater which is located in a utility closet in our kitchen replaced. Upon arrival I explained to Luis the technician that we are ripping out the floors and the place is a mess so don't worry about spilling dripping etc. He still took great care to protect our floors, swept up and cleaned up after himself, took time to explain what he did and why he did it. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I felt as if he treated my home with the same care he would treat his own home. I would definitely recommend!

Chris called me almost immediately about an appointment, and Luis showed up on time to begin the project. The shower needed a new cartridge, and I wanted a whole house water filter installed. Chris and Luis are both very professional and easy to be around, both jobs were very well done and the price was very fair compared to previous experiences with plumbers.
