Mom and Pop Operation. Seem pretty disorganized. Contractor was 20 minutes late; spent a half an hour just looking for the shut off valve. Didn't bring the right tools, couldn't locate a replacement part. Had to reinstall existing part twice because contractor put it back together incorrectly. Used CARMEX to seal the fittings... and ended up charging me and the problem is worse than ever. He suggested that I go online and try to find the part myself (which I did), and he would come back and install for another charge! No thanks! Contractor was QUICK to ask for payment (and obviously anxious about being paid, as he asked about the payment twice while he searched for the shut off valve). Not impressed with this contractor, despite his reviews or qualifications. Hire with caution.

I appreciated their quick response to my request. They replied on a Sunday, the day I made the request, although I expected they would get back to me the next week. Because they were so fast to respond, they were able to do the job early on Monday morning, which was great because I had no hot water. Thank you very much!
