good job and clean up afterward

Job was pricey, but requires heavy equipment to complete. cleanup was excellent.

Price was very reasonable! Scheduling was a little unclear. Work performed quickly, neatly and they were extemely considerate of our property! Clean up was a job well done. I would highly recommend this crew to take down trees.

Super customer service all the way through. Their estimate was reasonable--$950 to remove a very large, very dead ok tree. We got two other estimates, one from a company with awful reviews, and one from another company for $75 less, but they had no idea when they could do it... not a terrible sin, but for $75 more Rogers & Sons Affordable Lawn and Tree Care got it done right away. The crews (one for taking it down, one for grinding the stump) were both hard working and courteous. They ground down large roots that were close to the surface, too, and when all was said and done, they cleaned up. The only hint they'd been there was the missing tree and patch of dirt. Real pros. I'm having them out to price other tree/landscaping work and will hire them again if we can. Highly recommend.

They did a great job with the tree removal and cleaned up the area. They also removed the stump. They were affordable and I already recommended them to one of my Customers.

They did a good job and were polite and cleaned up the work site. I gave 3 stars for customer service because they did not return my calls/msg in 5 days to schedule the job.

I will use them in the future without hesitation. They lived up to their reputation, great! I elected to use a crane and along with their bucket truck they got the tree's down, the trunks piled for easy access, and no damage.

The folks that removed the pool did great. The top soil, grading, seeding was not good. I was left with heavy ruts and dead grass on the side of the house from the front end loader, the top soil was full of rocks and stones, the grading was uneven and sunk, the grass did not grow due to deep valleys in the grading, the soil was dumped in the street and I had a terrible mess to clean up. I ended up getting my own top soil to fill in and to re-seed. It took days for me Rogers to call me back and he did not offer any realistic fix - wanted to know what I wanted them to do. I asked to have someone come out and look at it, but no one ever returned. I think their business is more geared to doing trees than landscaping.

Responded quickly with estimate and returned within a week to do the work. Workers were polite and did a good job.

Owner was extremely knowledgeable of tree removal process. The tree removed was 100 feet tall, on the property line with my neighbor with falling branches becoming a matter of concern. Crew was an experienced, professional team with all the right equipment and expertise to handle this project. I highly recommend Rogers.

Gave me a quote one day and did the work the very next day. The actual bill was less than the quote. They did fine work.

The price was great (less than half of what other companies had quoted me) and the work was completed quickly and as agreed upon. I did have an issue with some debris being left in my yard but the company came back to my property and fixed the problem.

the cutting and cleaning have been done well. The lawn repair from the trucks won't (of course) be complete till spring.

Four guys worked together as a team...did a quality job cutting, trimming, removal, cleaning afterwards and very courteous men.

Norm Rogers and all of his crew were very nice people and very accomodating. The only reason I did not give them a 5 rating is that they piece mealed the job over a 3 day period instead of completeing it in one day which was what I expected and the second day the workers were pulled off of the job to accomodate another customer leaving our property a mess. I still think that the company is an honest outfit and has really good people working for them.
