Project: 22â x10â back patio concrete extension w/ small equipment rental. Communication was a big factor that I feel lacked from our experience. Days, sometimes multiple weeks without reply. Continual delays and pushbacks for our project were also frustrating as there was no guarantee that the project would be completed within the projected time. Invoice paid Mid May, project completed early October. We were told that the goal was for the project to start in late July. This was not written in our contract, so per the contract Rogue Concrete had up to 10 months to complete the project. That being said, the concrete was set professionally and we have had no issues, of which I am thankful. But the lack of communication and prioritization for our project would make me not recommend Rogue Concrete and Construction to prospective customers. IF you do decide to pursue a project with Rogue Concrete and Construction, Iâ d recommend the following things: - Try and get a start date! If no start date is included in the contract, thereâ s no guarantee that your project will be completed in the time frame you are told. Expect at most 10 months. - Ask your questions in person while you can! Communication over the phone is lackluster, and you donâ t want to be waiting days or weeks for a response. - Prepare the pathway to the project. Machinery used can tear up grass and make for a hefty clean up job. - Prepare for a lot of clean up! Dirt or concrete can end up outside of the project area and itâ s likely it wonâ t be cleaned up.
