They were great to work with, particularly since we are out of town owners at the moment. Excellent communication, sending me photos along the way and calling me whenever there was a question. And the fence turned out great!

My experience was not positive. We were preparing to retire and bought a manufactured home in Applegate. I found Rogue Home Repair online and after reading the Yelp reviews I contacted them to meet and discuss the work we wanted to be done. The man we met with said he was a former General Contractor and I assumed he would be the project manager. Mistake #1. The work performed was substandard and we paid what we considered to be a high price. Just to summarize: The work was not completed before we were ready to move in (a month). They had to send a few people out to fix mistakes, e.g. We asked for a certain brand of bathroom faucets and they put in another brand that we consider substandard. When I notified the owner he asked if he could call to arrange the mistakes. I agreed. Never called. Nice people, but I cannot recommend them. Follow-up: The owner has since come out and reviewed our complaints. He promised to have the work corrected and still has not. We will file a complaint against his license.

We had a few boards warp and crack after a few days, talked to Micheal, and the office personal and said they would get back to us. It has been 4 weeks and no one has bothered to return calls to us. Also asked for another quote to go between our home and our neighbors and that never happened either. The guys doing the job were great, but the after job customer service is bad.

Excellent workmanship. They were hard-working, tailored the jobs to my specifications and they completed the jobs quickly. First they installed a Timberline deck - less that two weeks until completed. Second they replaced a wooden fence, cementing in posts - in one day. Hard working, good people.

Michael and his workers completed 50% of the job, a bench and lattice work for a fence--the bench was completed 2 times due to poor construction and the lattice work is warped already. The other portion of the job, a concrete pad, was done incorrectly and he left us with a huge mess. After seeing the concrete mess, he did not contact us again, but before leaving that last day, he asked us for cash for gas money and told us his business was closing???? He was paid 50% at the beginning of the project, but his mistakes have cost us more in the long run. I planned to not write a review, until I saw him yesterday driving a brand new huge truck with many expensive accessories and a hiring sign on the truck. Hmmmmmm.....business must be good, but I would definitely stay away from this contractor.

They were on time and did a great job, and cleaned up everything after they left...I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent Company to work with: skilled, efficient, responsive, personable. They listen to the customer and communicate when they have questions. They work hard the whole time. They minimize the mess and clean up at the end of each day. They check their work and make sure customer is happy. Prices are very reasonable. I used them the first time last week and am already using them again and recommending them to friends.

These men showed up on time and put in a full hard days work. I will use them again.

Michael Hein, the owner, and the crew working with us were all very personable, skilled, and communicated frequently; asking many questions about how we wanted the job done. The bid was reasonable, and he made time to show up early: after asking if that would be feasible. Meticulous attention to detail was there from start to finish.

I had my idea on how to build a 16x16 deck, he looked at my plans and corrected them making a much safer and sturdy deck that I think I could park a car on top . the improved work was done off of the original bid......I got more that my money's worth!!!! I compared bids to other contractors he was more than competitive.....He was always on time to show up for work....

Found on Home Advisor and job started next day. At first I thought was a little on the high end until I saw how much work and detail was attended to. He brought over multiple stain samples to tryout on the deck. The tables, planters and such were all moved off deck. Some sanding was done I didn't expect. Sprayed a cleaner, brushed and power washed all surfaces. It was all brush done, painter taped to protect non-stain surfaces and took 3 long whole days constant work. That's where I figured it was worth the price.

Completely from to start to finish. Didn't have any licenses. Didn't finish job for four weeks. He had to pay the money back.
