The manufacturer sent the wrong windows 3 times so John was getting frustrated, since it was taking so long, he waived off the remaining balance that was left to pay, which I thanked him for. He was still supposed to install the picture window once it came and caulk another window that was leaking and there was another window that never came. I am still willing to pay for the replacement of the windows with the incorrect pattern but it has been 2 months and I have not been able to communicate with John. My repeated efforts have gone without an answer.

John took the time to address our needs. He didn't push expensive windows that we didn't need or play any psychological sales games. His crew was personable, respectful, and professional. They did an amazing job replacing all of the windows in our home at a fraction of the cost the other window companies quoted us. Did I mention they didn't attempt high-pressure sales tactics and fear-mongering regarding other companies to secure our business? Businesses run with integrity and authenticity seem to be missing in the world today. Rogue Installations is the template for others to measure up to. We love the look and quality of our new windows. I definitely recommend going with this company.

All around good guys. 5 stars everything looks great, good customer service great cleanup and would definitely recommend them ,instead of the big companies.
