They were perfect I would hire them again and would recommend them.

Provided a reasonable price and did all the work professionally. I think there could be some improvement in communication. Like having a proper setup for sending quote. Like one tree I asked to get trimmed during the quote and I thought he included this in the quite itself. But then he later adviced not to trim the tree. I am not against suggestions but it should be communicated clearly.

These guys did a phenomenal job clearing out my back yard. Thanks once again. Would definitely rehire should the need arise.

Alex and his crew responded to my request immediately and got the job done within a couple hours. They were already working in the neighborhood. They cut down a huge oak tree including grinding the stump and cleanups. Cost less than the rest. I absolutely recommend them.

We got our backyard trees removed since they were very tall. Roque's Tree Service, Alex, and his crew did a great job of removing the trees professionally and also cleaned up the backyard. These guys did it RIGHT, from the start to the very end! I recieved several quotes from others..... I'm tired of tree guys that quote a price 3 x's what it should be and try and negotiate from there. Instead, Alex gave me a great price right at the start! I almost thought it was too good to be true, but they had some other work in the area and so my job rounded out their day. On the day they took down my tree, the crew showed up in a timely way, they were professional and polite, and got to work. My job was not necessarily easy, the climber had to swing limbs and trunk to avoid the garage and neighbors, but they made it look easy and they were fast. Clean up was excellent! They had all the equipment on site, chiper, skid steer for large limbs, stump grinder. I loved it so much I had them grind the stump too at the last minute. All done in about 90 minutes with a crew of 5 and the owners son. I would hire them again and recommend them highly!

He didn't show up the original date of the appointment. They took my tree down, they disconnected my yard light, the transformer burned out. They're not answering the phone.

Excellent work! This was a huge tree and they got it done quicker than I expected. Alex and his guys were awesome and worked hard. The only downside is all the wood chips to clean up which will probably take me all month or longer to get rid of. But these guys worked harder than anyone I have ever seen. I highly recommend them!
