We had a major leak, replaced our pump, still had issues. They recommended a leak company to come out, which they did. The next day one of the owners came personally and found the leak, repaired it, then came back to check on the system. We now have water after 3 weeks! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Instead of a pump replacement, it turned out to be only a switch replacement. They were honest, got my problem fixed quickly and priced fairly!

ON TIME--DID WORK QUICKLY-VERY SATISFIED

We came home from work to discover we did not have any water. I was after hours when we contacted RV Pump through Home Advisor. . They contacted us right away and asked if we needed someone to come that night. Because we are rural, we had enough water stored and said morning was fine. They arrived promptly the next morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repairs expertly and had our water back in no time at a very reasonable cost. We are very grateful for their quick response and expertise.

We reside in a remote, rural location 30 miles from town. When our well pump system failed, we called a well-known local contractor and concurrently placed an inquiry through Home Advisor (which was forwarded to Rogue Valley Pump). Although it was a weekend, both contacted me within 24 hours and we elected to go with the contractor because of our familiarity with the firm. Despite that, Dave at RVP gladly offered to serve as a back-up in the event something went wrong. Well, something did go wrong and Dave responded by immediately sending out a very affable and knowledgeable young man, who repaired the real problem for less than $200. Our pump was over 30 years old and he could have used this opportunity to upsell us a new one---but didn't. Once we knew we had ourselves an honest and competent contractor, we arranged for RVP to return to replace the pump because it was time. Without going into all the details, let's just say RVP turned a potential nightmare into a gratifying experience. Every person we dealt with was articulate and inspired confidence that the job was going to be done right. They took time to explain our options and actually steered us towards the pump best-suited for our system, not the most expensive one. On top of it all, they were ON TIME every time. We simply can't believe our luck and will continue to use RVP and Home Advisor as needs arise. Many thanks.
