We hired Jair and his parents and he seemed very nice and polite. They had issues with one of the trucks so they could not bring a big trailer. The whole time I felt like the job I asked him to do they were not doing it fully to minimize the waste as they could not bring their big trailer. I had also had to point out items we had discussed 2 days prior as he thought they were not in the agreed price. Once they left they did not trim down the bushes as I asked and completed skipped one in the corner I could not see. I was not happy so I texted and called and told him what occurred. He promised me that he would be out Friday or Monday at the latest. 3 weeks later he has still not fixed what I have already paid for in full nor is he answering/replying to my texts. This is NOT how to run a new small business and grow your customer base. Will not ever use them again nor recommend them.

They were timely, very knowledgeable and provided alternatives. They cleared up the areas, both front and backyard. Their estimate was reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping issues or needs. I will definitely use the them again and have recommended them to others. Thanks Rojas team!

Service arrived on the time we agreed to. Very polite and respectful. He explained different approaches to getting the work done which I appreciated. After finishing the work, he cleaned up the work area which was done well.

What I liked the most aside from the quality of the work, was the excellent communication. Jair responded quickly to my quote request and arrived in a very timely fashion to assess the work that needed doing.

Ive only just got the front done now on a kind of abandoned home and just that alone was AWESOME. they move so quick and I get the backyard done next week he even offered to touch up the front again to give it a clean look. I NEVER give reviews but they deserve it. 10/10 service & very friendly. Absolutely amazing honestly. IF YOU WANT A BANG FOR YOUR BUCK THEY RE YOUR GUYS. I m honestly in wow.
