Overcharged me for services and when told that they did not complete work-never heard back from them. Also bought three trees and two of them started leaning because they were not staked properly. When I asked him to come and fix it because one was dying-he never did. I asked for my money back from my credit card company because he did not honor his six month warranty that was in writing. Very shady-beware.

I hired them to update front and back yard. They removed two huge palm trees, removed grass and installed turf and boarder. They replaced all the stone with new stone and paved an area in the front. They even took care of things not in the contract because they saw it needed to be done (no extra charge). Jose was easy to talk to, his crew were respectful and worked none stop. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping job.

This guy is an amatuer. He will tell you one thing while his workers do another. This company will cut any corner to finish fast or save a $1.00. They do not honor their warranties either. This guy is unfit to be a business owner.

Called several companies Saturday morning about getting a Mesquite tree removed that was damaged in Friday's storm. Jose gave me a quote Saturday afternoon that I was Ok with and and was out Sunday morning with his crew and efficiently took care of business. Would use them again. Will call them for a quote to replace my front landscaping when I figure out what I want to replace the tree with.

Jose and I discussed removal of a tree and trimming of trees and other plants but when his crew showed up they said they had no idea what they were supposed to do so I asked them to call him for instructions. Their conversation was brief and they proceeded to cut back way too much of landscape leaving us zero shade or privacy. They also broke the lid to our pool skimmer which could be dangerous if someone stepped into it by accident. We wouldnt have asked for compensation for this but no one brought it to our attention or acknowledged it. We dont feel like we received value for the amount of money we spent and therefore cannot recommended this company. Also, we did not receive a written invoice, which in hindsight was not in our best interest.

Prepaid for service prior to Covid. Not in residence March 2020 thru May 6 2021. Limited service and Jose advised by phone his crew had Covid. Weeds are everywhere on property with some over waist high. Terrible mess. Discussed with Jose by phone on May 7. He advised he would come by the house May 9. No show, no call or text. What more do I need say! I also paid in September 2020 and prior to the onset of Covid in Feb as well and it was $600.00 each payment.

Jose and his crew removed two mature citrus trees. The job was difficult because a power line ran thru one of the trees and the other was covering pool equipment he was very careful not to damage anything. I would definitely use him again.

I purchased a pygmy palm tree from Rojas Landscape services and had them come to plant it in my front yard. I was very impressed with their crew and so I asked for an estimate to install a small irrigation system for my garden. Jose quoted a very reasonable price and his crew showed up the next day and installed it. His crew was punctual, polite and friendly. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them for any of your landscape needs.

Jose came out within an hour of the Home Advisor referral to give me a free estimate of my job. He was very professional and courteous. He sent out a crew sooner than he originally said. The crew was courteous and worked very hard. I was very pleased with the end result. It was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Rojas Landscape Services.

I hired Jose several months ago. He quoted a reasonable price. He did not show up a few times on the agreed upon time but eventually did the work… Last month he did not show up again on the agreed upon time and when he showed up he charged me three times the agreed upon price. I paid him because my yard had a lot of weeds because of the delayed work and I wanted my yard clean. I am a very busy healthcare practitioner and do not have a lot of time. This month he did not show up twice on the agreed upon time and did not call me as usual to let me know that he will not come. Then finally he returned my call, said he was very busy but a friend of his will do my yard work the next day. I did not hear from any of them. I found dealing with him very stressful and in his dealings with me dishonest and unreliable. I would not hire him again.

If you want it done right and beautiful results you've found it with Mr. Rojas and his team. Fair and professional. Glad I found his service.
