Rojas Tree Service, LLC

They gave a great quote and we're quick getting it done. Place was spotless when done

The owner, Ricky, confirmed my appt via text the night before my appt. The crew arrived early which was great. They worked efficiently and were very patient. I was concerned about possible damage to my home, but the crew leader, Ishmael, understood and answered all of my questions, which put me at ease. He even made a few suggestions for future tree maintenance. This crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and my neighbor's yard. And this company offers affordable estimates. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Very professional - prompt & courteous service. Excellent tree removal.

Friendly, professional, high quality

Showed up on time and finished the job on time. Professional and detailed quote with pictures. Price in middle of other estimates. Work performed was good - large trees removed and another cut back. No major damage to my property. They were communicative before and during the project, but not too well afterwards. They removed all large limbs and trunks. Although I expected to have some cleanup afterward, I was not expecting to have that much small debris (I filled six 40 gal trashcans ) both in my yard and neighbor yard. They did not follow up afterwards to see if there were any lingering issues - they just sent the invoice. They were supposed to fix the neighbor knew/retaining wall which was knocked out of alignment when a large limb fell on it. I pointed it out at the time and they said they would fix it, but they did not. I called them (after I had already paid). They said that someone would come out that weekend or early the next week - but no one showed. I ended up fixing the wall myself, which took about a half-day.

Rojas Tree Service was great! They removed one of our dead trees and got the job done super quick. The team was professional and willing to answer any of my questions.

Great business and customer service! Everyone was very nice and they were able to squeeze me in because I was in a tough schedule to get them removed. The pricing was also great -- best quote I had received. I will hire them again!

Excellent work.

Very professional. Easy to communicate with. Prompt. Fair pricing.

Prompt and quality service.

Great work, fast, professional, great value

Fast, professional, safe and very well equipped

I was very impressed with Rojas Tree Service. Ricardo and his men arrived on time and was ready to roll. They worked like a well oiled machine, each man new his job and performed with excellence. They removed 4 large yellow pines that were too close to my house like skilled surgeons. Very good clean up of all the debris from the trees. I highly recommend this company, great service and reasonable pricing.

Did out standing work!

Great prices and services. Highly recommend

Came out right away, provided quote and started work 2 days after. Great results

They were able to take down a tree without having to call the power company to disconnect the power to the house. Great job!

Ricky followed through with everything he said.

They did not follow instructions of the work that was to be done. They removed trees that they were just supposed to trim. I specifically told them to only trim because I like the privacy that the trees provided for my back yard. Because of health issues I was not outside to oversee their work. When I did look out at their progress, they had already cut down several trees and were in the process of cutting down yet another tree. Thankfully, I was able to stop them when I did. Now my back yard is exposed to the street, which I DID NOT want. The area that they were supposed to have cleaned up of fallen twigs etc. now looks worse than it did before. I am so disappointed and angry. Those trees shielded my back yard from the street and gave me lots of privacy. Now I have to pay someone to clean up the mess that they left and also to look at options to get my privacy back. I wish I could post photos.

Ricardo and his team were efficient and did a very good job for us.

Mr. Rojas and his entire team were professional. They did an excellent job removing the large poplar tree and stump from my front yard.
