We have completed many inspections in the past and Rojek was the best. Online scheduling was quick and easy. Collaboration was great throughout the inspection process. The inspector thoroughly reviewed the entire house, was communicative during the inspection, and explained the severity of every defect. The final report was completed efficiently, quite lengthy but well organized, presented in a user-friendly web application containing groupings by function and sub-groupings of each related component with detailed explanations, severity grading, recommendations, and numerous photos. Highly recommended!

Agent arrived early for appointment and got started right away inspecting the outside of the home. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained things along the way. Shoe coverings were worn throughout the home as to not dirty the floors or carpet! Extremely professional and a great attitude overall! I can definitely tell that he was very passionate about his work. This company comes highly recommended from a customer who can be very picky!
