After meeting with Bob Kahn, who was on time,as was on time as was his worker, the regrouting and recaulking was of excellent quality. He took a bit longer than I expected, but was polite, very neat and did a very thorough job. I am very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone. I was very happy with your rating system, which gave me confidence.
