Very professional and took time to do the job right. Alex was patient with all of my questions and educated me on proper ongoing maintenance. I watched a lot of YouTube videos on how to do it myself but thankful I didn't as there were necessary steps taken during repair that videos did not show.

The sliding glass door works perfectly now, with new rollers and adjustment along the track. It is such a vast improvement that I plan to do the rest of the doors soon (for a glassed in lanai).

Alex is an excellent person to work with. He was running a little late but called to advise, and then arrived on time. He quickly got to work and replaced the door rollers, and now the door slides better than it has in years.
