David was very knowledgeable, and was the only electrician able to do what I wanted - the others said it couldn't be done. I have referred him to many friends. His bid was very reasonable and he did the work in a very timely manner. He was the only Master Electrician of all the bids and his expertise showed.

David responded to our request for a quote right away and made an appointment to come out the next day. He was friendly, professional and gave us a very reasonable quote to do the job; lower than any of the electricians we contacted outside of Service Magic. The job was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his work.

Not only did the technician show up almost as soon as I called him, but he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . The technician also gave me tips on how I can deal with the same situation if it came up again. It was a very positive experience for me.

This man definitely did the electrical job at HIS own pace. He would come at 11 am & leave by 2-3pm. He would do little bits of work in a day. We were doing a major re-do of our main living space in our home & would like to have had a little faster job. After not hearing from him in 6 weeks he claimed that WE were the ones to have contacted him. As a business owner, we felt that He should have contacted US. He also didn't like the fact that not everything in our home was not cleared out! We do have 5 people living here, so this is a living space & not a "new build" Watch your tools, we had 2 hammers misplaced. In short,slow & sloppy.

"I am sorry they felt this way. From the aspect of a contractor, the reason this job took longer then expected was due to delays by homeowner with the remodeling they were doing. They wanted me to come in, complete wiring in areas that were not ready. They were to call me when ready for Kitchen Cabinets to be installed it took them 6 weeks. They wanted work done, but didn't have the funds to pay."

I recieved a call from David Rollins within an hour or two of submitting my request on Servicemagic. He quoted me a reasonable price over the phone. He came out, was on time, and did the work the same day for the price we discussed. We needed the job done within 48 hours so we were thrilled that he was available. I asked him to give estimates on a couple of other wiring issues and his price for that was also very reasonable. We will definitely be hiring him again for our other projects.

Rollins electric was unreliable, they didn't show up when scheduled but eventually did show up. They honored their bid on the rough-in, but when it came to the finishing the time was near double the original bid.

He gave me a bid per hour and stuck with it. David Rollins and his assistant Nina were courteous, focused and completed several tasks I asked them to do in a timely fashion. I will have them back if the need arises.

The guy who came and put in my outlets and lights in the ceiling did it incorrectly. He didn't have a reciept, only wanted to be paid in cash (told me after the work was done), didn't give me a business card, didn't and couldn't show me what was charged. I had my own parts that I had already bought and I had asked him to use my things and he used a few things. But decided to charge me for extra things that I had already had. I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone! Oh, and not to mention. The next day the lights went out and I called and nobody would pick-up or return my calls! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

David came to quote this job, and gave a very competitive bid. I actually used him to do some other smaller diagnostic work. He diagnosed and fixed it very quickly. Although I didn't work with him long, he seems to be extremely sharp and would not waste time. I would highly recommend him, and I expect to use him again soon. Also- he is non-union, so you know you won't be putting up with a lot of b.s.!

I submitted this job on a Sunday afternoon and received a call the next morning at 8:00 AM. They came out the same day by noon and completed the job within the estimated time frame. They are very friendly and respectful. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them for any electrical job.
