I bought a garage door opener from Lowes and took them up on their offer to install it. Brian from Doors to the Dark Side did the work of installing it. We've owned our home for 17 years and never used the garage because the door is old, rusty, and heavy. I was prepared to hear them tell me the door would have to go. But Brian spent a few more hours working on it, greasing the rollers and repairing the door, and worked miracles. The door and the new opener both work amazingly. He is extremely conscientious (which might not be in the best interests of his bottom line) and I highly recommend his work. If I need more work done he is the one I will be calling.

Not an emergency, but they offered to install the opener on Saturday, July 2. He was very thorough working to ensure the track was properly aligned and not causing any issues. I felt the labor rate was very reasonable.

Excellent service. I had a garage door emergency on a Friday. Door was completely broken, off track, and wouldn't fully close. Had one door service say that the quickest that they could get to me was on a Monday. Dark Side LLC was able to respond Friday night and spent several hours working on the door and made it like new again. I am happy with the quality of the work and the high level of customer service. I recommend them.

Very honest technician named Brian. Knowledgeable and quality work. He disposed of old opener and rails for me. He is coming back at some point to check out a squeak when door opens that is NOT caused by the new opener he installed. Would hire again.
