Single New Window Installation
The quality of the product and service was excellent. Customer service only good. It was difficult if not impossible to get status for the company over the 3 months it took for the product to be delivered. The product cost was somewhat higher than expected.

We had asked that the job be completed by July 27. They actually started on the Saturday after signing the contract. They finished in 4.5 days instead of the 7 they had told us. They were extremely polite and neat. They cleaned up their mess and even took an old satilite dish that was no longer being used.

The quality is outstanding, and looks like the warranty is as good as any but the price was too much to justify doing for the house , the heatting bills are not high enough to make the money ever pay off the cost to do the windows....

Salesman fine; windows received and installed promptly. I just wish they had explained better how the new windows would fit in the house compared to the old windows. Crew that installed windows were courteous, efficient nice guys. Windows have 50 year warranty on windows and installation.
