Lifetime warranty waiting 3 months for replacement of window cracked 1 month after install. I was told they have more window area than most replacements but reverse is true. Price is way higher than equivalent companies.

Their expertise in solving my real problem. I don t need siding. I needed windows. The agent showed me where the real heat loss was occurring and suggested the change in plans to replace old windows. I agreed and they, Rolox did the work. EXCELLENT WORK!

They were on time, very efficient and got done quicker then I though they would. They have a great quality product. You always worry about stability and breakage on an exterior door but, we shopped around for 6 months and they where the best!

They did the windows first, then they did our shower. Cleanup was better then when they got their and they never damaged anything. Amazed they can get a tub out without scratching walls or cracking tiles.

I liked the fact that their crew was friendly. We had some stuff pop up like a window not fitting right, another window being cracked, etc. and not only did they take ownership of it, they took care of it right away. They have been really good!

I had both vinyl siding and new windows placed. The window crew was phenomenal. They did great work, showed up on time and finished early but without skimping.The windows are great. The siding crew was just as good. They completed the job in a timely fashion and even worked on a Saturday! The siding looks great and I have had numerous complements already. Will not hesitate to use Rolox again for any future needs.

3-5 New Window Installation
They inspected the windows after they installed them and one of the frames of the windows had a crack in it. They called in for a replacement window and in the meantime they covered the window with plastic so it doesn't leak in a rain event. The replacement window should be installed this week at no extra cost to me.
