I had a sump pump that stopped working on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning, as I searched for a plumber to fix this issue, I found that all other providers charged a non refundable fee just for a technician to diagnose the problem. In contrast, Roma requested a picture of the issue, diagnosed the problem from the picture and provided me with a flat fee prior to arriving. My sump pump was replaced by 1pm and the customer service was excellent. I will continue to use Roma for any of my plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who s looking for fair prices and superb customer service.

I've found my plumber. I saw ceiling damage and stains on a hallway ceiling beneath an upstairs bathroom. I got recommendations for a plumber from Home Advisor. This was at 8:00PM, and I was contacted almost immediately by Roman. I liked the responsiveness, read some online reviews, and decided to go with him. The guess was a leaking toilet, although we didn't hear it running at all. We agreed to start there, at a very reasonable price, and we set up an appointment. Brandon arrived right on time, and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is professional, courteous, polite, fast, and very knowledgeable. The problem was the toilet seal, and Brandon had it fixed and was out the door in no time. He also took pictures of the ceiling damage and is arranging to have someone contact me for the ceiling repair. I won't use Home Advisor, Angie's List, or anything else to look for a plumber now. I'll call Roma Plumbing and Remodeling when the need arises.

I called on a Saturday, quickly received a call back, he was here within the hour. He understood my need to have the work done as cleanly as possible, and wore shoe covers. The kitchen sink was snaked-out until he was satisfied that the clog was cleared. He did a double check to be sure. He was pleasant, courteous , and willing to answer any questions. In only a few minutes after going on Home Advisor, I received a call from Roman. He sent me a quote and said they could be at my home to install my new water heater in about an hour. I was very impressed by both gentlemen and the quality of their work. I will definitely call them if I ever need work done in my home.
