Great work

Work was done on a Sunday. The Technician was quick to get the job done and get our A/C back working again. This was during the last heat spell where it was 103 degrees at my house.

After repair on dishwasher door leak, too much corrosion was found and dishwasher had to be replaced

The guy who came had very poor customer service. I tried being friendly and nice but he was just snappy and short. Liked the company not the servie rep that came out

the technician was scheduled to come between 3:00-5:00 pm and did not show up until 6:30pm. He had limited English, but the quality of his work was excellent. He left us the old parts and cleaned up the area after he was done.

The guy came very late around 7:30 (appointment was initially 4-7pm, but was postponed to 5-8pm). His boss can speak English, but the guy barely speak English, using cell phone to translate Russian to English. After diagnosis of our dish washer's draining problem, his boss said he need to charge $150. I said it is was too much. Eventually they charged $98. The work was OK, but the communication was not well.

They came promptly and the right part for the washing machine. Because it only had the problem periodically it remains to be seen if it was the right part but so far the problem has not reoccurred.

1) The service person arrived 45 minutes AFTER a 3 hour window. 2) That person acted like he couldn't speak english. After checking out the clothes washer, he had to call his boss on the phone who then told us in english that there was a ball bearing that needed replacement for $500 and would take 2-3 hours to do. 3) That person was also very careless as he continually knocked clothes hangers off a rack over our clothes dryer that then fell to the floor behind the clothes dryer. This happened when he was trying to diagnose what was wrong with our clothes dryer. 4) We paid them the agreed to $45 service call fee only. 5) The next day, the washer worked fine . . . with no repairs whatsoever.

Sergey from Roman was excellent! TroubleshooTed both washer and dishwasher issues quickly and was well informed of the two different brands. Showed up when he said he would. Estimates were fair and they kept to them. No surprises! Would definitely hire them again!

pretty responsive and the repair seems to have been completed properly. could have communicated better from the job site, but that's a minor complaint. overall, very satisfied and i'd use Roman again.

They were able to come out right away. It ended up more expensive than expected because they had to order additional parts but overall I'm satisfied.

He (sergei) came right out, 1 day after I called. He was prompt, courteous, and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He then went out to his truck, and had the part! very impressed! He fixed it and was gone in a snap! I would highly recommend this company!

We were with an other service that would take there time,etc With your services it seems almost before you finish writing the order we have calls and they are here the next day and solve the problem
