Roman Built Flooring

Roman does professional high quality work for a reasonable rate. Installed our back bedroom floor in less than a day and we LOVE it! Dont fool yourself that you can DIY better than this. You cant.

This is the second time Iâ ve used Roman Built. I had a main pipe burst under my Master Bedroom floor. I have a Manufactured Home and not all Contractors will work on Manufactured Homes. The Insurance said I needed to find a company to install the new floor. I immediately called Roman Built to see if they can do it. They did such an awesome job last time! The insurance sent out a Restoration Company that was supposed to take out the carpet and damage floor. This Restoration Company is horrible. After 2 1/2 weeks go by of Neglect. Josh comes over and looks at all the damage. He said he can do all the work of clean up, taking out the carpet and damage flooring, repairing all the underbelly repair, and laying in new Laminate Flooring. It took a little while to convince the Insurance company that I can Fire the Restoration and use Roman Built. I want to say Roman Built Rescue me from a horrible Restoration company. I canâ t thank them enough for their help! After sleeping on the couch for approximately 40 days. Josh set my bed up in my spare bedroom so I can have a bed to sleep on during construction. That was so nice of him. Iâ m old, disabled, and have sleep health issues. For being off season and working around the bad weather. Which made him run behind a couple days. This was a very big job. I think they he did an awesome job! I showed Josh some samples of flooring I liked. He explained and warned me about different surfaces that can be very slippery. That helped me a lot in what flooring to pick out. This company I highly recommended, Customer Services is awesome! They are Professional, Meticulous in their work. My Master Bedroom Floor is Beautiful!

I have a Manufactured Home. I need the Sub-flooring repaired & replaced in the kitchen and halfway in my dining room. Take out the carpet in the dining room. The damage flooring in the kitchen. I also had flooring replaced in the washroom & guest bathroom. Josh is very Professional, meticulous in his work. As big of a project it was he got done on time what was quoted even though they lost a day because of weather. I showed him some samples I got that I liked. I listen to his advice and end up putting waterproof vinyl in those areas. My floors came out beautiful. I love them. Josh had to come back and fix a spot in the floor that was making a snapping noise and the transitions because they were not staying down. He worked very hard on the transition in the dining room to living room. We ended up having to go with another transition due to the separation of the double wide trailer. He explained everything thoroughly to me. I am still very happy with the results. I definitely recommend this company! I will use them again.

Josh was quick to respond to my inquiry for a floor install. His quote for the work was reasonable and fair,. I especially liked the fact that he was able to start almost immediately. Once hired, he and his helper were prompt with their arrival, precise in their work, and kept me informed of his progress. I recommend Roman Built to anyone interested in having flooring installed. You will not be disappointed. This company does an excellent job.

Very professional finished early and under budget. Will definitely call him again when we get 2 more rooms done.

Did a great job on my floor good. Customer service, very knowledgeable. Showed app on time everyday, did a great job. Kept Gov job site clean. And they had clean appearances.

Josh did a great job on a very challenging house. My LVP looks beautiful now. He always had a good attitude and felt trustworthy.

Josh walked off the job after two days because he was struggling to work with the vinyl flooring product that we purchased. He told us to find a new product or find a new installer. So, we hired a new installer who started a week later and installed the product with no issues. Overall we did not find Josh to be very professional and would not recommend him for your flooring installation.

Roman did an awesome job on my LVP install. He explained to me what he eas doing and asked for input on how I wanted it to look. Very honest guy amd did the work in a timely manner. Would definitely have him again.
