Lisa and Matt are wonderful and make the whole process so simple. Lisa and Carl went out of their way to drop the carpet samples off a second time to make sure we loved our choice. BJ and Robert the installers were so personable! They went above and beyond with moving items, installing, and then moving items back into rooms. The carpet is installed perfectly you can't even see the seams. We would have given a 20/10 rating if possible. Highly recommend!!!!

Contact 6 companies for flooring quotes. By far Romano Flooring was the easiest and friendliest company to work with and followed through with everything they said. There were no hidden cost in quotes and evening though the cost may not have been the lowest they schedule install flooring 3 to 4 weeks sooner than all the other companies were able to offer. Quick to install product that was in stock as well as product that needed to be ordered. I highly recommend Romano Flooring and will definitely contact them first on next flooring job.

Great experience!! I was in a hurry to surprise my 82 year old mom with new carpet without breaking the bank. Romano (Lisa) listened, understood and notified the tech who came to show me samples my situation. They helped me pick out the best carpet and padding for my mom and installed it within 2 weeks. Had over 900 sqft of carpet installed plus a staircase. Best price we could find and had better options for what we wanted. Had to wait a little for carpet to be installed but it worked out since we were still working in the area and needed to finish some projects before carpet arrived.
