He was able to install the keypads but did not know how to program them. He needs to learn to do that. I was able to program it but some people may want it done.

Did everything I asked him to do with kindness and knowledge. Couldn't be overwhelmed. Fixed everything with aplomb. I.e., removed and installed a new garbage disposer, removed and installed a new outdoor floodlight and battened down the roof of our 10' by 6' shed. No problem. Good person and very knowledgeable about everything. And reasonably charged.
