I hired him to install a concrete pool, there are holes and cracks in the sides of the pool and he also did not use coolcrete as agreed. After the installation, the customer service declined and he never returned to do the final inspection as promised.

Nice guys. Easy to work with. Accommodate extras. Multilevel so have a few minor cracks now.

A great family business, did everything we asked and worked very hard. The driveway turned out perfect and we could not have been more pleased with the final result. These guys are real professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner and crew were pleasant. They walked my wife and I through the process and answered all of our questions. They did quality work and finished the job ahead of schedule.

Doing the installation of our driveway a main communications (cable, internet, telephone) line was cut. The path of all utilities were marked with flags. After bringing this to the attention of the owner, and advising him of the possibility of an accrued cost for repair to be passed on to his company, he refused to take responsibility. Fortunately, I hadn't paid for the job yet, and had some leverage in the matter. Later, after checking with the utility contractor, it was determined that there would be no charge, for the repair. Other than that, the job was great. The owner needs to take responsibility for errors made, on his company's behalf. I had more work for this company, but because of the owner's poor customer service, I chose to go elsewhere.

This company is a total fraud! Suggest to not hire them. I hired them to remove my old driveway and pour a new one. They said they would match other's estimate upfront, but at the end they charged me 10% more. Their quality is not satisfactory at all. Stains remained in many places and there are many flaws in their concrete.

Initially Mr. Romero started out helping us with the foundation for a construction project. At the time he seemed to have a great deal of knowledge about foundations and new residential construction, however as we continued with the project, Mr. Romero began to basically lie to us about time lines, payments of sub contractors and his work was not as expected. We are two years into constructing our home and we have numerous unfinished stages throughout the home. We have paid for all the work., however Juan has not paid the subcontractors so now they are refusing to finish the project. Mr. Romero also did not pay the concrete supplier who sent us a certified letter saying they were in the process of putting a lien on our property, because Mr. Romero did not pay them. He got into an altercation with our Neighbor across the street because our neighbor was complaining about the trash being left out, at the construction site. Mr. Romero threatened our neighbor with a gun, and was completely unprofessional which is putting it lightly. In closing, I would like to say, building a home yourself is a challenge, but this challenge was made extremely more difficult with Mr. Romero conduct.
