He did good work and fixed my porch roof nicely. Very nice and honest to work with. A large overhanging branch fell on my porch roof and a section needed to be replaced.

I had gutters put on my barn in Feb 2018, over 2k worth of gutters. Within 2 days gutters were hanging off the front of the barn, water spilling over and out the ends. I called and they came out right away to look at the gutters and told me they would be back to fix -- 6 months later they no longer respond to my messages and I still have gutters hanging from the front of my building. Poor workmanship, followed by poor customer service and a total lack of care as to the quality they put out. Look for someone else to do your gutters.

I entered into a contract to replace a large sky light. As part of the contract Romero required a 50% deposit for a estimate cost of $1,600 for the project. I gave them the deposit of $800 with my American Express card. By contract the work was to start within 3 weeks of the signing of the contract. The 3 weeks passed and I tried to contact them to find out about the delay. I was unable to contact them by the two phone numbers given to me. The first one sent me to an answer machine which responded that the mailbox was full and to hang up. I just called it again and received the same result. The second one rings busy ever time I called including today. I have contacted American Express who credited my account for the $800 while the problem is unresolved. I also e-mailed them and have not received an answer.

I hired Romero to fix my roof. It was a section of the roof and they did a fine Job and on time.

They could not be bothered to provide a completed statement of work, costing me hundreds of dollars with the insurance company, which required it. Good worker, a service staff that is too lazy to spend 5 minutes of work once they got the money. Avoid them.

I had my gutters replaced. Waiting for the first good rain to see if all is OK but overall it appears to be a great job for the price. Very good communication and Ed was very easy to work with. They got back to me in timely manner and were on time for the appointment. Took care of somethings I wanted done. No surprises. Best of all, they were very reasonable in the total cost compared to the other estimates I got. One other contractor on HomeAdvisor was actually twice as much as the other three that gave me estimates. I will most likely be using for them my window replacements and possible other related work. All in all, I was so far very satisfied with this contractor.

I know he gave me an estimate but it took him 45 minutes to do the job. Good man great work but a little pricey at $350.00 for 45 minutes. I would reccommend him for his fine work.
