It took us a while to finally start my project due to all the rain, but John Romero kept in touch and when he said the crew would start work it was very timely. He told me when they would start, they were here and completed my roof over my porch and was completed in 3 days. They were very professional and ended with a wonderful job! I couldn't be happier with my porch now! Everyone that has seen it says it looks great! They even took care of putting everything back on my porch for me. Great job John and crew! It looks amazing! Once my guttering is completed, I will share photos!

We have engaged Francisco and VLR Homes 3 times now. From painting the house, remodeling a master bath and constructing a screened in porch area they have responded with quality work at a fair price. When things came up like they always do, VLR had a solution (some panels of 50 year old siding replaced with Tyvek and up to code replacement). Again, at a fair price and done right the first time. Francisco is responsive with the good and the bad news â  straight up and always with a plan. We intend to use VLR in the future for projects large or small.

High quality and professional work was done every day and all the time. We have future jobs coming up. They will definitely be the ones we use.

VLR Homes, LLC replaced the roof on my 1940 Colonial Revival home with Black Architectural Design tile and I must say the craftsmanship of the work done was simply outstanding. My house is grey with cranberry shutters. The black tile really enhance the appearance of my home. However, most impressive was also how the workmen cleaned up the premises after they completed each phase of their work. I was so impressed that I called Francisco to let him know. My yard was emasculate after the first day of laying my tile and the same was the case upon completing the job. Francisco was absolutely superb in following up to keep me informed of what to expect and making sure I was pleased with the work being done. I ve used this company twice now. They do amazing work and they back it up. They ve got excellent communication with the customer. They always return calls. To any homeowner, give this company a chance to estimate your project. You will then see the professionalism they maintain. I trust them and I promise you will too.

Very efficient crew. They completed the repair to my roof very quickly and left a neat and clean worksite. Work was well done and at a reasonable cost. Would hire again.

The owner, Mr. Romero was very professional and provides a quality job at a reasonable price. He ensured completion of the work on a rental property on time as promised. We plan to use his company for any future work. We would highly recommend him for anyone needing quality roofing services.

I paid $6,921.00 dollars for a new roof and decking for a small three bedroom house! They didn't put on new decking. I am a senior citizens and would advise everyone to be careful who they trust and hire. I would never hire Romero Roofing again! He was not very professional when I inquired about the new decking that wasn't installed, be very careful how your contract is worded. It's a shame there are some contractors that are not very trustworthy, second new roof in five years!!!

Great to work with. Prompt, On Time each morning, the project took less time than expected. At present we are working on another project that they are going to do for me. Very Trustworthy!

Very prompt and friendly to work with. Roofing job appears very well done. However, there was another repair (soffit/fascia) where things fell down a little. The first repair was not done when expected, and when it was done it was done very poorly. To their credit, they made it right very quickly, but it should not have required a complaint on my part and a second attempt. They have also left materials, a large garbage bag of debris, and some personal articles for a week after they were done (was told it would be picked up days ago). I probably made an error here, but make sure you get everything in writing, and don't write the check until ALL work is done and accounted for. I pointed out the discrepancies between the original estimate, the additional labor for gutter removal (I agreed to the $$$, but I am not sure what I paid for there as the gutter was obviously not removed for the repair work), and another $$$ above the estimate that I did not know about, and they have been not answered by questions. But here again, I probably bear some responsibility for being in a hurry (we were leaving town) and not looking at things as closely as I should. Had the repair work been done correctly the first time, I would probably had let it slide. I don't think they have intentionally tried to get away with anything here. Overall they are pretty good, and I have learned valuable lessons on dealing with any contractor.

Took old roof off, put new roof on. Took down a chimney. Workers were very efficient and did quality work. Cleaned up after themselves. Did it all in one day.

Had a roof repair & replacement that 2 other companies declined to bid. They removed 4 layers of old roofing and replaced more decking than I care to know. Also replaced fascia board and gutters. Did an excellent job. Now starting on some interior repairs caused by the leaking roof.

If I could give this company a higher rating than 5 I would. Their professionalism, quality of work and friendly demeanor is the best. Dan kept us updated and was available to answer any questions. Tomas is so talented and has a great crew. The gutters, sorry I don't remember our installers name, went up smoothly in just a few hours and blended so well with the house that you can hardly see them. Thank you so much for making our house beautiful.

I used Home Advisor to find a company to stop a roof leak, and sent my information to Romero Roofing & Services. Fifteen minutes later I got a call from Francisco at Romero Roofing. He arranged to have Dan come to my house to evaluate the problem. After inspecting the problem area, he identified it as a drainage problem and that I didn't need a new roof or even any structural repair. Dan's expert knowledge of his business saved me a lot of money! Hereafter, if I need any type of roof work I will definitely call Romero Roofing again.
