Awesome!!! He came on time fixed the issue quickly. Cleaned up after himself and the price was decent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very courteous and knew his business. He came prepared and it only took 30 minutes. Loved it.

Came out immediately, told me nothing was wrong with freezer, because it was working at the time he was there. Called him few days later to come back because food was thawing up again. Kept pushing me off the two times I called back, and he never bothered to call me back to set an appointment. Cashed my $75.00 check for service promptly though. Definitely would not recommend this business. Definitely not a good way to do business.

Called on a Thursday and Dwayne came on Friday. Had to get parts and came back on Saturday to finish the job. If you expect good customer service call Romero s Appliance Repair.

I called Mr. Dwayne or Duane on 9-10-19 regarding an issue with my refrigerator. He came the same day and informed me that the service fee is $75.00. I only had $80.00; I did not have any change. He wrote me a receipt and stated that he would look around for the mother board since that was conceded as the issue. He informed me that if he could locate the part could he fix it. I asserted him and said yes if that s possible. On 9-13-19, he called and informed me that he was unable to locate the part. I reached out to the warranty and asked what did I need being that he could not obtain the part. Well, I needed an additional receipt from him stating that he could not find the part, and the price of a new or like model. Later this day I called him back and asked could he do this for me. He said yes free of charge since I could not fix the fridge and I needed one as swiftly as possible, since my three-month-old son is on breast milk. He told me on Friday he would take care of it. Fast forward to today 9-19-19; after days of dodging me he appears at my home around 7:30pm. My fiancé called him because he told me he would be here today between four and five p.m. He again was a no show. As he sat on my porch writing the receipt which he told me would be no cost actually was another service charge of $80.00. When inquiring why the fee after telling me otherwise, he stated because he did not really make that much money off the first $80.00 after taxes. In addition, he tells me well they will pay you $1100.00 for a new fridge so what s another $80.00. I refuse to pay an individual $160.00 of my hard-earned money for something that is not fixable, and when I was informed there would not be a charge to have that second receipt written up. It is very unfortunate! His first visit was impressive! We talked about veterans and I informed him I was one as well. We fight for our country and then this is what happens. I wish him all the best. Hopefully, he would not swindle anyone else!

I was amazed that I received a call from Romero s immediately! I set up appointment and Dwayne came to do the repairs the next day! On time, professional, fixed my dryer and was an absolute pleasure to be around!!! I will call them again! First class customer service!

Quick quality service.

Very nice, came right out and worked to resolve my problem with dishwasher. Who knew there is a filter? I know now!!

Fast and efficient service.

They called within 5 minutes of sending my info thru Home Advisor. They were at my house on the north shore within 1 hour of that call and made the repair. Unfortunately the part they replace was defective. But they made it right the next day without issue. I won't even hunt for an appliance repair place again. I will just call Romero's.

Clean, fast, efficient

Terrible service all around. He was late for the appointment and didn t called to let me know when he was going to be there or how late he was going to be. The dryer is still broken he actually replaced the same part twice. He did not do a thorough job.
