This was probably one of the best experiences I have EVER had hiring a plumber. Romito's plumbing was a breath of fresh air. My husband is particular and has been known to send repair people away before they even finish the job, but this was not the case with Romito's plumbing. Gio was knowledgable, customer oriented and willing to explain all options prior to the installation of our new toilet. He checked components as he worked, disposed of the old toilet, cleaned up the entire area. His price was fair and worth every penny. Gio is the best. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed my leaking toilet. The toilet was removed and reinstalled by the tile guys when I had the tile replaced. And of course tile guys are not plumbers so the toilet eventually started leaking. Gio knew exactly what needed to be done and made the repair.

Highly recommend Gio! Most of the project was â standard â installation etc., the most important piece required creative engineering. Gio took time to evaluate and come up with a couple of solutions, explaining each one, then making a recommendation and why. Giovanni is my plumber HERO!! He deserves a 10+ rating for his professionalism and exceptional service. He replaced the valve on our gas water tank. I was impressed with his work. If I could I would post a before and after picture. I immediately felt like I could trust him and I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. In the words of my 85 year old mother he's AWESOME!! :)

He is very cost-effective, timely, and very efficient in what he does, I have never been unsatisfied with their work.

I'd give him a 10 star if I could. He was available late and they come in a just straight to the work. he explained the action he was taking and helped educate me oh how to maintain the pipes. I would recommend him to others.
