Would never announce arrival: only did a very brief walkthrough of yard and charged a lot of money. Tried to cancel multiple times, even after I moved, and was told I?d still have to pay full price for months I was not at location. None of which was disclosed initially upon hiring

Wore mask properly. Showed up on time. Wore shoe protectors. Cleaned overhangs on 2 story house. Sprayed all accessible baseboards. Sprayed garage. Answered all my questions.

They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. I also received an invoice with what products were used and how much was used as well. I have recommended this company to my family and friends!

Salesperson promised more than the tech could deliver. Tech was a very nice guy. However, when knocking down a few active wasp nests left them in the yard where our puppy got a hold of it. Ate it and proceeded to be very sick for the next few days constantly vomiting up pieces of the nest. Tech was also notified of wasp allergies in the house. Left live active wasp nests lying on the ground in several locations which we had to dispose of. The salesperson also states the entire lawn treated. Only 30 feet from the house are treated. Salesperson states attic inspection. Tech states not allowed to go into attics for anything. Informed of ants/bugs in pantry. Did not treat pantry and bugs still there. Overall disappointing. Now stuck in a 12-month contract for poor work. It would have been worth it had we not been lied too and caused a sick dog. Oh well. Buyer beware.
