Ron Maddox did an excellent job installing our new kitchen light and putting dimmer switches in. Ron is a very friendly man and easy to talk to. He's very keen on what he's doing. My husband and I are very pleased with his service. We talked about other projects we want done, and for sure we will be calling Ron in the near future.

Ron came out the same day I called and replaced a breaker and tested that I had power to my hot water heater before he left. He also drove from Bakersfield to Tehachapi so I appreciate that. He also contacted me after words to make sure I had hot water. As it turns out, the hot water only lasted for a few hours. There was a recurring short in the wire where it connects to the plug going to my water heater. Whoever originally connected the plug and wire nicked the wire badly in numerous spots while removing the insulation. There was a burn mark in that area when I inspected it. The water heater also needed a 30 amp breaker in the panel as I found out later. Not Ron's fault as he simply replaced the old 20 amp breaker that was in the box with a new 20 amp breaker. Overall, I'm thankful for Ron being able to help me on short notice and for driving out of his area to do it.
