Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Ron Smith guaranteed his work, and less than a week after he completed the job I found a loose tile that was causing the grout to crack. I contacted him twice before he set up a time to fix it, and on the day he was supposed to fix it, he never came to the house. I called him and he said he got too busy and he would call me back with another time he was available. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard from him. I got tired of calling him just to be put off, so I may end up fixing the tile myself.

Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install
Ron Smith Flooring abandoned my kitchen floor tile project as soon as they got paid without finishing the job. The tile floor was laid out the 1st day; the 2nd day two men returned to grout the floor. They never returned to finish the job. Although he promised to send his men to finish the job, they never returned. Meanwhile the grout (cement) patches were left on the tiles, the grout lines, the adjacent hardwood floors, and the kitchen cabinets. They made a total mess of the place. Being disabled, it was hard for me to attempt to clean up where Smith Flooring failed.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Do not hire this person. He never completed the job, performed low qaulity work, and refused to answer his phone after taking off with the money. After blocking my phone number so as to get through to him without being screened, he even hung up on me. Hiring Ron Smith would be a large mistake.
