Ron Smith Termite and Pest Control, LLC

Was very customer oriented, sadly his staff wasn't. Used their services for 3 years. When I moved and had a infestation, they gave Mr Smith the impression that they came back as contract states, but didn't.

They are the best! Very professional. Great value. If you need pest control you really need Smiths! I have recommended them to 2 of my neighbors already!

The service rendered to rid us of a rat problem only made the problem worse. Now instead of a rat, there are many rats and they are not afraid of me anymore. I have contacted them twice to bring out more traps but I am being ignored. I have not even gotten an email response to yesterdays request nor to today request for help. So I will just have to hire someone else and hope that they are more competent than this company.

Outstanding service. Had a company that could not control my pest issues and hired Ron. His company took care of my immediate problem and now they service my house on a quarterly basis. Strongly recommend him and his team.

Great job!

Ron done a great job!

they did a great job

Ron and his staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and was always there when we needed them. We got them on speed dial and will use them from here on out. We will refer them to anyone that asks us. They are amazing

I contacted Ron because my spider problem was getting worst and a previous company couldn't resolve it. Ron quickly attacked my main problem but also serviced my entire perimeter. Ron is both professional and friendly. He is going to be my pest control service provider.

As I cabin owner Ron has been very reliable to us in an location where other contractors of many different services tend to be disappointing and unreliable. He is part of are team as cabin owners and I would recommend him to others .

Enjoyed meeting Ron. May use again in the future

We were very pleased with the service!! Ron came promptly to our home, accessed the problems, and took care of them on the same day. When he finished the job, he said if we needed anything else to call him. That meant a lot to me!! I highly recommend this company.

He is very nice a knowledgeable. Will keep you a way from all danger and gives you options for all your needs. Very good price for everything he does. He also is some what of a holster if you get to talk to him. I loved talking with him and his work was outstanding!!!

Outstanding service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very knowledgeable. Very nice.

He knew what he was doing and how to treat for my problem, highly recommend!

Very quick response and came out the very next day! Much more reasonable than other Pest Control services and they were very professional. We would recommend them to anyone!

I was attacked by yellow jackets while weeding in my flower beds. Terri from Smith Termite and Pest Control came out and found the ground nest in our thick monkey grass very quickly. He explained everything to me and took care of the issue. It was quick and I m so glad to be done with it. They will come back out at no charge if they aren t all dead so that s great too!

On time

Good

I didn't know who to call to remove a hornet's nest. I spoke with 3 different places before choosing. My conversation with Ron was so reassuring and positive, I had to choose his company! The man who came to remove the nest was Terry and he was also very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Terry not only took out the hornet's nest, but also removed another one that was just starting that I hadn't even noticed! I would highly recommend them!!!

Ron was very friendly and courteous.

Before the check was cashed everything was good after the check was cashed then good luck
