Mark was well prepared, pleasant, very experienced, and able to replace the broken line in a few minutes. In his allotted time he also removed a "non-functioning" in-line cold water filter "freeing" additional space in very cramped quarters. His minimum hourly rate was superior. He also advised: never permit a plastic line to be used where there is pressurized water; all plastic (this was white PVC) will fail in time. He used a flex steel line replacement.

Ron Williams charges by the hour, which we have found to be much fairer as a consumer. He was prompt and quick and did an excellent job installing a new toilet and four new faucets.

They fixed a leaking tub faucet. They were on time, courteous and professional.

After experiencing the runaround from other outfits with their sky high non-sensible pricing, I spoke with Ron who clearly understands what it means to provide value. He was very reassuring when I spoke with him and his quote was in line with what i was expecting. Whilst the others gave preposterous quotes on hours and $s, Ron said that it would take an hour, possibly and hour and a half, and that he charges by the hour. The result is excellent and I will definitely be using this co in the future and recommending them to my fellow residents.

Mark called me 15 minutes after I logged in to Home Advisors. He was on time to fix what turned out to be a simple problem. He graciously did not charge me. I found him to be very professional and would recomend him to all my friends.

They came to do estimate and ended up doing major repair on 4 faucets in under an hour, instead!

Nice neat thorough

The valve that regulates the water pressure to my house failed and I needed it removed and new gate valve installed, along with a hose bib. Without this repair, I had only 18 psi to my house. This happened on the Sunday I was leaving town for 4 days. Mark came out that day, and came back with the parts and fixed the problem while I was out of town, all the while keeping me informed by phone. When I got back home, all was fixed very nicely. The work not only looks great and was done at a reasonable cost, but I have higher water pressure than I've ever had. I will use Mark and company for any future work.
